What we’re looking for
Everything considered
We are primarily looking for existing buildings with development, conversion or redevelopment potential. There is no minimum size and no price limit. The bigger the better, but please don’t rule anything out before speaking to us.
Properties can be vacant, occupied, tenanted, off-market, in need of substantial refurbishment or part of a stalled development.
Funds in place
Our client can move quickly and complete without unnecessary delay.
Finder’s fees considered
An appropriate finder’s or introduction fee, agreed in advance, for introductions that lead to a successful purchase.

Our main focus is the North West, but opportunities elsewhere will be considered.
